PC302 powered by Viroblock

The Jacquard PC302 powered by Viroblock has been designed primarily for mattress and pillow covers for the hotel, hospital and home sectors.
It is a natural 100% cotton base fabric, breathable, washable, designed to increase hygiene in bed and especially to prevent contamination by microorganisms that use the fabric as a host surface
HeiQ Viroblock protects the surface of the fabric from bacteria and microbes.
It attacks microbes in two different ways: by weakening the outer membrane with lipid-based vesicles and then neutralising the inner core with silver ions. The active ingredient is Silver Chloride.
The antimicrobial product applied to the fabric, is not irritating to the skin and is composed of 72% bio-based* content based on method ATSM D6866 testing by a third party and an active ingredient made from recycled silver content.

The PC302 powered by Viroblock fabric has been tested in several laboratories with the following results:

• Bacterial abatement "Staphylococcus aureus" of - 96,33% in 18 hours when in contact with surface method ISO 20743:2013,
• Viral killing "Feline Coronavirus" of - 94,73% in 2 hours when in contact with surface, method ISO 18184,

The PC302 powered by Viroblock is a very durable, washable, breathable, soft-touch jacquard fabric that is ideal for protecting your bed system from microorganisms.
